#asktheexperts My babies weight is not gaining much and his intake of food is very less... he only want to play everytime and run

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine likejh syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

A. Hi mom Give natural appetizers like coconut water, jeera water, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of your baby. Give food in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that attract baby towards food. Give all that you cook for ur family. include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, banana shake, potatoes, rice, avocado etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
