#asktheexperts my 9 months old does not take milk both ff and bf, what is other substitute? can I add cheese in her diet?

Absolutely cheese is completely safe to be given from the age of eight months as of now you can go ahead with toned pasteurise milk to the child that’s also one option you have apart from that all so I would like to tell you that all kind of dairy products can be given to the child from the age of eight months of self
