#asktheexperts my 8 month old baby is not at all sleeping well at night..baby used to sleep for 4-5 hours in between months..now baby wakes up every hour or two breastfeeds and then sleep then again wakes up. it's really tiring for a working mom. kindly let me know how can I help my baby sleep better

A. It is completely normal for kids to wake up sometimes more in the middle of the night to ask for a feed and it is happening because of the growing age the child could be having its growth spurt and that is why this is happening so if you are unable to give sufficient feed to the child then you can introduce formula only during the nighttime
