#asktheexperts My 8 month old baby has severe constipation. Currently on cremaffin twice a day. Please suggest meals options and timing of meal with quantity. I dun know if i m over feeding or under feeding.

A. Maam whatever food you are giving is just good make sure that you increase in increasing the amount of fibres and fluids in the diet of your child as that is only going to help in easy and better digestion of the food that you are giving and also will help in easy and better motion for your child
