#asktheexperts my 8 month baby girl not take Lactogen 2 or cow milk moth , at the other side , she takes mother milk and other things like cerelac , rice daal etc. what to do?

if she is taking breast mikk tgan its ok.
u may offer her curd, paneer, cheese , or porridge or kheer made up of cow milk

Animal milk is not advisable before the age of 12 months currently you can go for Amul Dada and the best way in this age to introduce milk is to go for more of milkshakes and smoothies like fruit milkshakes and all so that’s going to be a better option for you
