#asktheexperts My 7-year-old son’s mouth smells very bad, especially when he wakes up. He often gets blisters in his mouth and grinds his teeth while sleeping. I have also noticed white spots on his nails. Please advise.

maintain a habit of brushing your kids teeth two times a day using fluoride containing toothpaste.
give ample amount of water

Your child probably is not maintaining oral hygiene by brushing in the night which is why the smell is awful second could be the sports you are talking are basically associated with deficiency of calcium and clenching or cluttering of the teeth is due to worms in the body so please treat all these things accordingly
