Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. it can be due to some type of battle infection which is affecting the child so better to apply antibacterial cream like tbact cream and if it is still not improving then please visit your doctor and maintain hygiene of the scrotum
