#asktheexperts My 7 months old baby sleeps for maximum 2 hrs at a stretch at night and sometimes she wakes up every half an hour, wants to be fed and sleeps again. she is exclusively on BF at night. In the day she has started taking solids. Please suggest what can be done.

Growth spurt is one of the things that you can see with kids in the growing age which is why they keep asking you for a feed over and over small spin of time so if you’re unable to live up to the amount of milk that the child requires and you can give formula in the night that will give better sleep to the child
