Q.

My daughter is 9.5 months old and she stills wakes up at night. How can I help her sleep for longer duration at night?? She rarely sleeps at a stretch of 6-7 hours at night.

A. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is chomfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regvurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

A. You Give proper feeding to the child before you put your child to sleep whether it is on formula milk or any other bill that you want to give because that way after dinner and milk I think your child will sleep for longer duration a minimum of 4 to 5 hours
