Give 5-7 munakka daak Paste to the child. it will help surely and can be taken daily. rich source of iron and immune power. soak munnaka daaks' full night. remove the seeds in the morning and grind it in the mixer for a fine Paste. Pro tip for utilization: Daak water is also good source of nutrition. u can have it.

You should give plenty of fluids and fibre to the child which will help in easy digestion and will help you in reducing constipation so that is what you can do and it has got nothing to do with roll over the child doesn’t reach milestone by the time of nine months then you can consult your doctor
