#asktheexperts My 7+ month old daughter is passing stool once in two days, also stool is very hard. she does not eat much solids , she likes only apple puree and potato puree.. and most of the time only milk bm and nan pro.. not sure what is causing this issue and how to go about it

If your baby is facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep your baby well hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and provide some physical activity as well
