#asktheexperts my 7 month old baby suddenly not interested in eating semi solid food like cerelac or apple puree etc, she only eats 3 spoons from them she refuses. she was gaining weight till 6 months but from past month she did not even gain weight kindly advise

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. after 6 month babies reduce the weight gaining ratio.. lok fir teething, as it is the main reason around this age to refuse milk.
keep giving small amount of semi solid food more often.

when the babies are on teething the appetite decreases which is normal and just a temporary phase. so no need to worry
Keep trying.
Include ghee, banana, potatoes, rice, avocado, ragi, etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
