Luka childhood gain a minimum of half a kilogram in a month and on that basis your child should be at least 2.5 kg more than the birth weight so if the child has gained that over the birth it’s very healthy now I do not know what are you expecting but this is the minimum that should be if that is not there then you can give formula to the child
