A. In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examinatioiiin or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

A. they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child. the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in fthe narrow respiratory tract. if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secretions. if you feel that the child is having some difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavity as well as the respiratory tract. the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract .

A. Yes it could be a sign for congestion if the sound has been persisting for the child just to be on the safer side kindly get it checked with your doctors anything that needs to be taken care of the doctor would advise you accordingly
