#asktheexperts My 5-year-old has Vitamin D 9.48 ng/mL and my 10-year-old has 9.83 ng/mL. Could you prescribe an appropriate pediatric Vitamin D3 treatment course and then a maintenance dose?

A. No we do not recommend you to supplements without consulting the doctor they will tell you which one is going to be the best one for you to give and how do you need to give it in for how long do you need to give it vitamin D is a very tricky supplement so don’t give it without doctors advice
