A. when fever comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever the child doesn't improve in 3 days it is advisable that you should take a follow up with the doctor

A. It Could be either due to pain in the swelling area where the vaccination has been given or it could be due to stomach pain so you can give paracetamol to the child that will help in releasing the pain out of the system and what your child feels better the child will take feed as well
