RashmiMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl4 days agoA. Giving the balance nutrition that is very important plus good proteins both vegetarian and non-vegetarian are also very good to be given to the child also I’m going to recommend you to give proper three meals of breakfast lunch and dinner to the child
