AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 4 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello mama If ur child is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much. Give ajwain water to increase the appetite.. Give all that u cook for ur family. include ghee ,dry fruits, paneer ,egg, rice ,potatoes, banana shake etc in diet for weight gain
