#asktheexperts - My 4 months old is waking up frequently at night. He was not doing so till one week back. He wakes up sobbing and then drinks milk and goes back to sleep after gentle rocking. Is this 4 - month sleep regression? How can we overcome this ?

A. It is common in this state so don’t worry and sometimes the situation can arise due to stomach pain also but if your child is becoming quiet after taking a feeding and sleeping peacefully then there is no problem in that case
