Q.

#asktheexperts my 4 months old baby have acute gastritis and admitted in hospital , it was cured but later again started loose motions and sometimes little amounts with crying severly before pooping . Is this secondary lactose intolerance? What i should do his abdomen scan was normal . And when I breastfeed this was happening . With isomil it is not happening, after cured infection !! Again why this was happening with my milk??

A. dear parent , if baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hrs , is active alert n gaining proper wt then do not worry exclusively breastfeed baby till 6 mth complete
