#asktheexperts My 4 months old baby has hoarse voice ( raucousness) since 2 days. Should I be worried? Also he has recently recovered from cough and cold but never had this kind of hoarse voice at that time. what is the reason behind this? and what is the solution of this condition?

Consulting your doctor would be the best thing to do because they’ll be able to help you with right medicine that you need to give to the child in the current situation for that the first have to examine the child as on that basis only they can suggest you the right medicine that can be offered to the child in the current situation

That’s normal when the child is suffering with cold and cough and sometimes after suffering from cold and cough despite of medication they scream and shout sometimes and that is the reason the voice changes like this so it’s normal yet if you want you can check with the doctor and also regularly give warm water to the child with a pin of turmeric into that
