#asktheexperts My 4 months daughter is NOT sleeping properly in the night, i mean she wakes up almost whole night & sleeping in the day time. Is it normal or how can i change this habit of her??

A. for making the child sleep you can do the following things you can swaddle the child to make the child comfortable you can sing a song / lullaby you can use a cradle or swidng you can go for a car ride with the child keeping the child on your shoulder you can walk briskly you can keep tdhe child in between both the legs and gently swing the legs both sides. sleeping pattern gradually improves with increasing age of the child .

A. Sleep regression at 4 months is a real thing. But it's also completely normal and, most importantly, it's temporary. Sleep regression is the time when your baby's sleep patterns shift, they wake up often during the night, and they have a hard time going back to sleep. And if your baby is awake, so are you.
