give only breastmilk till completion of six months and feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions and give colicaid drops thrice a day

it might happen because of indigestion.
so ,first as a nursing mother ,you should take easy to digest food.
feed your child on demand.
don't wait until your child is extremely hungry for feeding.
give Massage to your child everyday which will help to cure this.
