#asktheexperts my 4.5 mo baby is EBF. She is 200 gms lesser than her ideal weight. Is that ok?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. dear mom follow the growth curve with doctor baby should gain at least 500 gram per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or less
it is good that you are exclusively breastfeeding look for correct position while feeding
also at 1 episode of feeding baby should be fed from only one breast do not switch breast this way baby will get fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain
