RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl5 months agoA. It is not necessary that you are always going to hear a sound and your child is 33 weeks so maybe your child is having a silent burp or fart which is completely normal to be seen with lots and lots of kids and if needed you can check with the doctor
