shashiMom of a 2 yr 3 m old boy4 days agoA. Add one teaspoon spoon desi ghee (clarified butter) either in sabji or khichdi pr rice etc..
Add banana in diet chart.
Roasted makhana kheer is also very good option for weight gain (roast makhana and dry fruits, chana, sabudaana make powder in mixer then store it and serve with milk or water).
you can also give boiled chana, chickpeas and daal for protein.
include dahi lassi in diet for better digestion.
In winter besan, nariyan and dry fruits ladoo is very good option..that works for me.. sooji kheer, vegitable khichdi, give atleast two proper meal and 1 snacks time(seasonal fruits, ladoo, roasted makhana, chana etc)

Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby.
Give all that u cook for ur family.
include ghee ,dry fruits ,paneer, rice ,egg, banana shake ,potatoes etc in diet for weight gain
