#asktheexperts my 3 year old doesn't want to eat. please suggest something to increase her hunger.

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Low appetite can be due to low zinc levels or overfeeding or too much dairy products which could fill the tummy. You can include ginger, lemon , coconut water regularly in her diet. You can also hive south indian rasam. Make the meal and snack timea regular everyday and avoid inbetween bites.
