please make sure your child takes enough food and sleep both.
give healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your child well hydrated
limit your child screen time ,it is important as it is seen that kids who spend their most of the time infront of screen can be more cranky or irritable.
spend quality time with your child which help to calm down your child.
