#asktheexperts My 3 ye old son often catch cold and cough very soon. I daily give him egg, curd, dry fruits laddu and many other nutritious food. How should I build his immune system so that he fell less ill??

Hello ma’am Getting sick with the weather change is very common with everybody but it’s normally allergy which is due to weather change and all these things which is very common in India with all the kids and adults these days if you want to you can go for a proper homoeopathic treatment for the same from the beginning itself
