#asktheexperts my 2 months old baby doctor offer LFT and CBC tests and finally reports are Hb 8.3 and ALT 66,AST 131, total protein 6.7, AlBUMIN 0.7 , Alkaline phosphates 13, BILIRUBIN Direct 1.00, BILIRUBIN indirect 0.27 ,and total BILIRUBIN 0.73 we went to the doctor today. He offered another blood tests abnormal hemoglobin study and peripheral smear tests sir any liver problem

A. You just need to give your baby proper nutritious diet which includes more of green leafy vegetables sprouted grains and cereals and fruits along with proper liquid intake which will help your baby develop soon You should have proper consultation with your treating doctor , as some examination or investigations may be needful, so that proper medications can be given And the treatment can be done very properly.

A. Right now it’s difficult to say your doctor is only going to give you guidance after the next test has been done and they can advise you accordingly otherwise as soon as the paediatrician would be available I’m sure they will give you a response to your question
