Q.

#asktheexperts my 2 and half years old baby girl got fever at morning we gave paracetamol 250 4ml but fever didn't reduced so we took her to hospital and doctor prescribed paracetamol and mefenamic acid suspension 60ml syrup 4ml suggested. we gave syrup at 6pm and now she got the fever again. can I give the same syrup and how often we can give this syrup

A. You gave to hai rain time gap of four to five hours between two doses and never exceed mire than four doses in s day of paracetamol and try giving more liquids
