Q.

#AskTheExpert my son is 2.5 years old his weight is 13.6kg he is having fever at 9 pm 101.1 calpol 250-4ml given at 1 pm 101.4 calpol 250- 4ml given at 2.30pm 102.1 maftal p- 4ml given still fever is not coming down keeping wet cloth on his forehead please suggest what to do now please help

A. do tepid sponging to bring down the temp. also gi e him ple ty of fluids yo drink. of still can repeat paracetamol syp in 4 hours.. and consult paediatrician if temperature remains high after giving meds.
