#asktheexperts my 1yr 3 months baby get constipated sometimes. What things to give and avoid in diet?

A. Dear mum, Give enough amount and frequency of top food for bulk formation 4 to 5 times a day and at least one Katori per meal important to include fibrous food like variety of seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits, carrot cucumber , beetroot, papaya, apple, peach banana, prunes whole fruit is better than fruit juice grated and soaked dry fruits Like black currant , prunes, date , figs, nuts like almond, walnut give whole grains like daliya, whole pulses, beans, sprouts avoid refined grains, biscuits and frequent use of bread breastfeed child for enough fluid intake , also boiled and cooled water intake good fluid intake in form of water.
