A. visit a dentist and get a proper clinical examination done and he or she will guide you how you need to proceed for proper treatment of your child's teeth .

A. Hello Immediately get a check with your doctor the paediatric dentist would be able to give you a correct advice on that because they at least assess the situation that your child is it in according to that only they will be able to give you better clarity on the entire issue and whatever treatment is required can also be suggested by the doctor itself
