#asktheexperts my 14 month old baby does take only three four bites of food and then refuse and take 4 or 5 sips of milk and then denies she does not take the adequate amount she needs

A. Namaste Mom You could add variety and flavours to the food the child is one year of age so you can give from your plate as now all regular family foods can be given
