#asktheexperts My 13 months twins wake up a lot at night. They even take milk twice (5 ounces each time). As per my doctor they shouldn't be asking for milk and should be sleeping the whole night. but it is not happening. The whole day they have a good solid diet as well. Please suggest how I can make them sleep the whole night and ask for milk only once.
