RashmiMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl1 month agoA. Give all the family food to the child plus both veg non-veg proteins where you can introduce mutton or heavy red meat after the age of 2 1/2 years prior to that you can give all the basic diet that you are making at home for the whole family
