Q.

#asktheexperts my 12 month baby just turn 12 has started taking 1 nap..that to in morning like he wakes between 6-7 n take his 1st nap at 10am to 12noon and then throughout the day he wakes.. directly he will sleep at night may be that's 9 or 10 pm is it okay..before he use to take 2nd nap between 3 - 4 pm n was ready for bed at 8:30 pm n wakes at 6 am ... please help it is fine

A. That’s completely alright your child is already having a very good schedule we don’t have to wait or worry about your child is already prepared with a good routine regime that you would want to formulate for your child progress is already there
