sleeping is different in different babies and it the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern but it will always improve with increasing age of the child and you have to just take care of any environmental factor which might be disturbing the sleep

Play active games during the day and quiet games in the evening. ...
Keep activities the same and in the same order, night after night.
Make every activity calm and peaceful, especially toward the end of the routine.
Many babies enjoy bathing right before bedtime, which calms them down.
