A. Hello good morning !! For constipation relief do tummy massage with warm caster oil or coconut oil for 5 minutes in circular motion for instant relief. Include fibre rich foods - Fruits,vegetables , cereals,grains - papaya ,pear,banana,apple, orange,carrot,cucumber ,radish,bottle gourd, curd,ragi,jowar,wheat are rich in fibre and help in avoiding constipation.
