first thing,if chip is causing pain ,you may try a cold compress to numb the area.
avoid giving hot or acidic food items to your child
please brush your child teeth twice in a day,use soft bristled brush like Babyhug brand brush for this
but you have to use the toothpaste which contains low amount of flouride in it
