#asktheexperts My 1.3 years old baby urinating 13 to 15 times in a day...is it common??

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. If baby is passing dark colored urine along with burning sensation or pain or without pain but more frequently then you need to concert with your doctor
Otherwise if baby is passing normal urine with no any complaints of pain or burning it may be due to more intake of liquids during summers which is very normal

Another cause of overactive bladder is a condition called pollakiuria, or frequent daytime urination syndrome. Children who have pollakiuria urinate frequently. In some cases, they may urinate every five to 10 minutes or urinate between 10 and 30 times a day.
