#asktheexperts Motion not went for my son since yesterday and he says stomach pain at times. Any suggestions?

A. Hello my dear parent! Increase the liquid in fibre intake of your child. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s daily diet. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter, good luck and take care.
