What kind of pain are you facing is it associated with crack on your nipples or it’s like a nerve related pain when the whole breast is paining so to avoid that you should start using a nipple shield and initially if you are feeling too much pain along with breastfeeding combine it with formula milk and talk to your doctor for medicines to reduce the pain
