RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl3 hours agoA. Crocin ds you can give as of now this will help in controlling the fever and the paracetamol is little heavy so it is going to also help and controlling the body pains but I would suggest you to kindly consult your doctor for further assistance
