Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bgud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury sbo consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it happens because of dry skin or teething or cold which can cause tingling sensation. so as such no need to worry. no need of medication. but if a child is feeling discomfort , pain , redness, severe itching , discharge from ears,fever , irritability etc then please visit your pediatrician for once.
