Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 10 m old girl2 days agoA. Not at all you just have to wash the eyes or clean the eyes with plain water and it is common for kids to have water sometimes due to tear duct blockage if it is constantly happening you should definitely consult your doctor once
