its better to start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child
Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Give 3 meals and 2 small snacks in a day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day.
