Include pulses, X, meats and dairy products like Paneer and curd to support muscle development. Add healthy fats like ghee and butter to the diet. You should provide energy through whole grains. Instead of three large meals offer 5 to 6 small nutritious meals, encourage physical activity and ensure proper hydration.
