I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment

it is happened due to indigestion or due to weather changes
please strictly avoid all packed food and products with refind flour
please give Luke warm water for drinking
please give natural probiotics and easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc
